Returns

Return eligibility depends on product condition, timing, and whether the item was prepared specifically for the order. Items should be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be excluded unless the issue was caused by an error with the order.
